Skills Assessment

We have access to a suite of personality and skills testing packages. We can help our clients select tests which suit their requirements best. We can than create individual and campaign reports highlighting the essential criteria specified by the client.

This process is part of our standard recruitment package; however, some clients choose to use this facility to compliment their own recruitment campaigns.

Post - Placement

We do not cut all ties when we have successfully placed a new employee. Abbey Personnel Services are committed to ensuring a smooth transition which fulfils all parties’ expectations. We carry out a scheduled review to aid in the management of future performance, both for the client and their new employee.
